Derrick Rose taking "full contact"

Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose is getting closer to making his season debut after tearing his ACL last season against the 76ers.

Coach Tom Thibodeau updated the media Wednesday:

Rose is taking "full contact."

"He can do all the cutting, he can do shooting, he can go off the dribble." "So it's just a matter of him getting acclimated to playing in a game situation.

The team still expects to have him back in the lineup sometime after the All-Star break.
