Report: Flyers interested in Luongo

With all the talk surrounding Roberto Luongo being traded to the Maple Leafs, another team has reportedly joined the sweepstakes.

According to a tweet by TVA'a Enrico Ciccone, the Philadelphia Flyers are interested in acquiring goalie Roberto Luongo form the Vancouver Canucks. TSN's James Duthie confirmed the rumour on twitter.

The Flyers currently have goalie Ilya Bryzgalov under contract for eight more seasons at $5.6 million per year.

Last season, Luongo went 31-14-8 with a 2.41 GAA in 54 starts for the Canucks.
