Report: NHLPA present NHL with proposal

The NHLPA have presented the NHL with another proposal, according to Aaron Ward.

The owners and players reportedly were making progress since meeting Tuesday afternoon, but no proposals were made. The owners attended their Board of Governors meetings today, before starting another round of meetings with the players.

According to Yahoo! Sports Nick Cotsonika, the players are waiting for the NHL to still respond.
