Laval crushes McMaster to win Vanier Cup

The Laval Rouge et Or used a 253 yard 2 touchdown game from Maxime Boutin to defeat the McMaster Marauders 37-14 to win the 48th Vanier Cup.

Boutin was named the game's MVP, and his 253 rushing yards were the second most ever in a Vanier Cup game.

Hec Crighton Trophy winner QB Kyle Quinlan threw for 335 yards with one passing touchdown, one rushing touchdown and two interceptions in a losing cause.

This is Laval's seventh CIS championship.
