Report: Eagles' Vick will not play Sunday

The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled quarterback Michael Vick out for their game Sunday vs. the Washington Redskins with a concussion, according to sources for ESPN.

Vick, who was injured in last week's game against the Dallas Cowboys, has eleven touchdowns this season and nine interceptions.

Rookie Nick Foles will get the start against a Redskins defense that allows 397.9 yards per game, 29th worst in the NFL.
