The Toronto Blue Jays, who are still without a manager after John Farrell left for Boston, made contact with ex-Jay and legendary Braves manager Bobby Cox, according to Fox Sports.

The 71-year old Cox was reportedly contacted by the Jays about the vacant managerial position last month, but responded by saying he wasn't interested. Cox retired after the 2012 season.

Cox managed the Blue Jays from 1982-1985 and the Braves from 1986-2010.
