Report: Ronda Rousey to join the UFC

Ronda Rousey will be the first female fighter to join the UFC and automatically become the 135 lb women's champion, according to TMZ.com.

Rousey currently fights for Strikeforce, who will have their last show in January before closing down.

TMZ reports Rousey will likely defend her title 2013, with possible opponents including Sara McMann, Cris Cyborg and Miesha Tate.
