Colts WR Collie leaves with possible concussion
PITTSBURGH (AP) Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie left Sunday night's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first quarter with a possible concussion.
Collie, who missed seven games in 2010 after suffering a pair of concussions, took a blow to the head from Pittsburgh linebacker Larry Foote while trying to haul in a pass from Andrew Luck. He was momentarily dazed before walking off the field under his own power and taken to the locker room for tests.
Collie wasn't the only Colts player to leave early. Linebacker Robert Mathis went out in the first quarter with a shoulder strain and defensive end Cory Redding went out with a leg injury.
