Report: Sharks re-sign Vlasic to a 5-year contract

The San Jose Sharks have re-signed defenceman Marc-Edouard Vlasic to a 5-year contract, according to TVA Sports. 

The 25-year-old played in all 82 games for San Jose last season, recording 4 goals and 19 assists with a plus-11 rating. Vlasic was scheduled to become an unrestricted agent following the 2012-13 season.
