Report: Suns to sign Gordon to offer sheet

According to the Arizona Republic, the Phoenix Suns have signed guard Eric Gordon to an offer sheet.
Gordon signed a $58 million offer sheet over 4 years.
Gordon, who played with the New Orleans Hornets last season, is a restricted free agent. The Hornets have three days after July 11th to match the Suns offer, which they reportedly will do.
In a tweet, Gordon expressed his desire to play with the Suns:
"I strongly feel (the Suns) are the right franchise for me. Phoenix is just where my heart is.''
Gordon played in just 9 games last season, after missing the majority of the season recovering from knee surgery. The 23-year old guard has averaged 18.2 points per game in his 4 year career.
