Kings sign Quick to 10-year contract extension

The Los Angeles Kings have signed Jonathan Quick to a 10-year contract extension that will keep the reigning Conn Smythe Trophy winner with the franchise until the 2022-23 season.

The 26-year-old had a postseason for the ages, compiling a 16-4 record with a 1.41 goals against average and a .946 save percentage en route to the Kings first Stanley Cup title in team history.  He also led all goalies with 10 shutouts during the 2011-12 regular season.
