Ex-Raptor Robertson accused of sex trafficking

Alvin Robertson, who scored the first points in Toronto Raptors history, could be in deep trouble.

Robertson, who spent the 1995-96 season with the Raptors, has been charged with sexual assault of a child, trafficking an underage child for purposes of sex and forcing a sexual performance by a child.

The former guard was part of a ring that kidnapped a 14-year-old girl, forced her to have sex with clients and to dance at a strip club last year, according to The Associated Press.

The AP also reports that seven people have been charged, including Robertson’s girlfriend.

Robertson has not yet been arrested.
