The previously announced main event is a rematch between lightweight champion Benson (Smooth) Henderson and Frankie (The Answer) Edgar.

Notes — Martin (The Hitman) Kampmann made US$124,000 for his win Friday over Jake Ellenberger in the main event of "The Ultimate Fighter Live" finale in Las Vegas. That included a $42,000 win bonus and $40,000 for fight of the night. Ellenberger collected $82,000. Lightweight Michael Chiesa, who won the TUF title, earned $56,000 including a submission of the night bonus while loser Al Iaquinta made $8,000. Chiesa also won a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The basic purse amounts provided by the Nevada State Athletic Commission do not tell the whole financial story since the UFC does not detail all its bonuses.
