Travis Snider gets good news on injured wrist
Blue Jays prospect Travis Snider got some good news concerning his injured wrist on Sunday. MRI results on the wrist were negative, confirming that there was no fracture or break. He is expected to need roughly a week to recover.
Snider has gotten off to a torrid start at AAA Las Vegas this season. He is hitting an even .400 with a 1.170 OPS. He also has 4 home runs, 2 stolen bases and 23 RBI in 19 games with the Las Vegas 51's. Snider also has a walks to strikeout ratio (11:11) equal to or above 1, for the first time in his professional career.
