Milan suffer Nesta blow for Napoli

ROME, Feb 4, 2012 (AFP) - Alessandro Nesta has been ruled out of AC Milan's clash with Napoli on Sunday with a recurrence of a muscle problem.

He may also miss Wednesday's Italian Cup semi-final first leg against Juventus.

It is a blow for Milan, who are coming off a costly 2-0 defeat at Lazio that sees them a point behind Juve in the league having played a game more.

They lost 3-1 at Napoli earlier in the season.
