In case you were wondering what Florent Malouda was up to, he just signed a one-year deal with newly-promoted French side FC Metz.
Malouda, 34, arrives at Metz having left Turkish side Trabzonspor in August due to a disagreement with manager Vahid Halilhodzic. He previously spent six successful seasons at Chelsea, where he won the Premier League in 2009-10, the Champions League in 2011-12 and three FA Cup titles.
Metz will surely be banking on Malouda to help them avoid relegation in their return to Ligue 1.
