BASTIA - Veteran Brazilian forward Brandao has left Saint-Etienne but will stay in French football after agreeing a deal to join SC Bastia.
The 34-year-old has signed a one-year deal in Corsica with the option of a second season.
Brandao left Shakhtar Donetsk for Marseille in 2009 and helped OM win the Ligue 1 title the following year.
He left the south coast for Saint-Etienne in 2012, and now Bastia, coached by Claude Makelele, will be his third French club.
