Daniel Agger has taken a page out of Zlatan Ibrahimovic's book by giving back to those in need.

The former Liverpool defender donated 20,000 Danish krone to help Denmark's  Homeless World Cup team make it to Chile for the tournament.

"I talked to [Agger] and told him that we still [needed] 20,000 krone, and he replied without hesitation," said Frits Ahlstrøm, one of the team's organizers, via Sporten TV2.

"There is no substitute for class and Daniel [has it] on as well as off the field - as a player and person."

Ibrahimovic made a similar generous act in August, spending £30,000 to help send Sweden's National Disabled Football Team to the World Cup in Brazil for their competition.
