Miralem Pjanic is the latest player connected with a move to Chelsea, as new manager Antonio Conte will reportedly target the Roma star when the summer transfer window opens.

Sources tell Sky Sports Pjanic will be pursued by Chelsea following Conte's duties with the Italian national team at the European Championship in France, with the Premier League outfit prepared to meet the £30-million buyout clause in his Roma deal.

The Bosnia-Herzegovina international should attract plenty of attention this summer thanks to his impressive campaign in the Serie A where he's scored 12 goals in 43 matches.

Pjanic is the latest player connected with a move to Stamford Bridge following Conte's hiring Monday. The 26-year-old joins Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain and Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani as possible transfer targets.
