Sergio Aguero limps off when substituted vs. Southampton

Manuel Pellegrini was readying to withdraw Argentinian forward Sergio Aguero from a tight match against Southampton on Saturday, and just before Wilfried Bony's 64th-minute introduction, Aguero was seen clutching his right heel.
Other reports suggested it was an issue with his ankle, however:
It is a worrying sight both for Manchester City fans and the neutral, as last season's top scorer in the Premier League looks to have picked up another knock not long after a hamstring problem kept him out of action for seven club matches.
