Alexis Sanchez jinxed by Peruvian supporters, turtle

Ahead of Chile's World Cup qualifier against Peru on Tuesday, several La Blanquirroja supporters are hoping to curse Alexis Sanchez with various forms of shamanistic magic, not the least of which is a turtle meant to combat the pacey attacker's speed.

Full credit to the impassioned Peruvian fans, as other means of stopping Sanchez this season have failed, with the former Barcelona man scoring six goals in 10 matches with Arsenal.

The diminutive multi-faceted Sanchez has also tallied three times in 11 matches for his country, including a slew of world-class efforts to lead Chile to a famous Copa America win this past summer.
