Pierre Gasly: Incredible Points Drive

Gasly finished ninth in the Bahrain Grand Prix F1 race at Bahrain International Circuit on Sunday.

Analysis:

The grand prix would not start the best for Gasly as he'd roll off last on the grid. The Alpine star would pit early on lap 10 and undercut the field to good effect. Gasly would then promote to 12th-place as other drivers began their first pit stops. He would hold onto that good track position after second pit stops and work his way forward, passing Alex Albon in the closing laps to secure an impressive P9. It was an amazing drive forward for Gasly to fetch 2 points, utilizing great pit strategy.
