Preseason is all about hard work, training, focus, and discipline - well, most of the time, anyway.
As Manchester United wrapped up its preseason tour of the United States, some of the players decided to unwind and have a little bit of fun. Lined in rows and looking face to face, six Manchester United players bounced a ball back and fourth on their heads, before midfielder Jesse Lingard slotted home the "goal" into the trash.
Lingard and his teammates then put on an overenthusiastic celebratory display, all caught on a GoPro camera by Lingard.
