Max Verstappen: Wins Miami Grand Prix

Verstappen won the 2022 Miami Grand Prix F1 Race on Sunday.

Analysis:

Verstappen started the inaugural grand prix in second place, though he passed Charles Leclerc on the ninth lap and remained in control from there. Leclerc did mount a challenge briefly in the last 10 laps of the race after a lengthy safety car deployment caused the field to condense. After being forced to retire from two of the first three races on the 2022 calendar, Verstappen has won consecutive grand prix and continues to close the gap to Leclerc atop the driver standings.
