Following a solid campaign at 1. FC Koln, centre-back Kevin Wimmer is reportedly set to take his defending talents from the RheinEnergieStadion to White Hart Lane.
According to Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur have completed a deal for Wimmer and he'll join his new club in June - once the summer transfer window is underway - for a fee believed to be in the region of £4 million.
Tottenham apparently attempted to sign Wimmer back in January, but a deal never materialized as Mauricio Pochettino's side were unable to offload Younes Kaboul and Vlad Chiriches.
Wimmer made 32 appearances for Koln this season, leading the Bundesliga in blocks per game (1) and ranking sixth in clearances per game (6.4).
