Memphis Depay completes medical with Manchester United

Memphis Depay is one step closer to becoming an official member of Manchester United.

The English club, who secured the signing of the Dutch winger in a £25-million deal with PSV earlier this month, announced Monday that Depay has completed his medical at the team's headquarters.

"The Club will now work towards finalising his registration when the international transfer window opens in June," the Red Devils noted in an exceedingly brief statement.

It was little more than a formality, but it's a necessary step in the process that will ultimately see the 21-year-old unveiled at Old Trafford.
