It was only two days ago that Chelsea claimed their fourth Premier League title and first since 2009-10, but reports are already emerging regarding their plans for the summer.

According to the Guardian, Jose Mourinho's side are considering a move for Antoine Griezmann of Atletico Madrid, who is enjoying a phenomenal season having notched 22 goals in 34 La Liga appearances.

Mourinho is apparently looking to add up to four senior players, as Chelsea could possibly lose Petr Cech, Filipe Luis and Didier Drogba ahead of next season. The club have apparently been tracking Griezmann as a result.

However, reconstruction of Griezmann's contract could reportedly prevent a deal from taking place. Atleti, keen to retain the French forward, are attempting the renegotiate the £43-million buyout clause in his contract in order to prevent other clubs - like Chelsea - from luring him away from the Vicente Calderon.

Chelsea and Atleti enjoy a relationship that has seen a number of players arrive at Stamford Bridge from the reigning La Liga champions. Diego Costa and Filipe Luis were purchased from Atleti, and Thibaut Courtois ended a three-year loan spell with the Spanish club ahead of the season.
