The champagne was flowing at Stamford Bridge following Chelsea's championship-winning performance against Crystal Palace to clinch their first Premier League title since 2010.

John Terry and Didier Drogba – members of all four of Chelsea's league-winning teams since 2005 – celebrated Sunday's victory as if it was their first, while the architect of Chelsea's rise over the past decade, Roman Abramovich, raised his arms to the sky before embracing his family in the owner's box.

It was also Jose Mourinho's return to the top of the Premier League mountain, as the Chelsea boss immediately ran towards his family once the final whistle was blown after securing his first title in England's top flight since 2006.

Here's a few of the scenes from around a joyous Stamford Bridge:

PFA Player of the Year, Eden Hazard breaks the deadlock moments before halftime by heading his missed penalty past the helpless Crystal Palace 'keeper Julian Speroni.

Cesc Fabregas was all smiles after capturing his first Premier League title after nine seasons in England, most of which occurred in North London with Arsenal.
