Austin Dillon: Rolex 24 with RWR

Former Daytona 500 winner Dillon and GT veteran Salih Yoluc have joined RWR Eurasia's lineup for the Rolex 24 at Daytona, sportscar365.com reports.

Analysis:

Dillon will get his first taste of sports car racing in January's Rolex 24 at Daytona. He will join Yoluc and Cody Ware behind the wheel of Rick Ware Racing's Ligier JS P217 Gibson in the LMP2 field. A fourth driver has yet to be named for this team. Dillon's years of experience racing in NASCAR will be of little help in making his Rolex 24 debut. The LMP2 class is shaping up to be a very deep and very competitive division of the 24-hour classic.
