Kyle Larson: Seeking NASCAR Return

Suspended NASCAR driver Larson is eyeing a return to the Cup Series as soon as possible, and he is hoping that some personal growth and outreach can expedite his comeback, Sports Business Daily reports.

Analysis:

After completing sensitivity training, Larson has been working with diversity groups and has been making ammends with the African American community. Larson's indefinite suspension from NASCAR in April is growing distant in the rear view mirror and he hopes to make a return to NASCAR's top division sooner rather than later. Recent rumors have linked Larson to the soon-opening No. 48 ride of Hendrick Motorsports. However, it will take several weeks and some complex pieces to fall into place to make that a possibility.
