Joey Logano: Third at Richmond

Logano finished third in the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond Raceway Saturday night.

Analysis:

It was a good night at the race track for Penske Racing. Not only did Brad Keselowski grab the big playoff win, but Logano had a strong night as well. He started on the outside pole and led 45 laps between the second and third stage. Logano was a Top-5 driver for most of the night at Richmond. He would shore up that good track position late and cruise to the third-place finish in the Federated Auto Parts 400. it was Logano's eighth Top 5 of the season.
