Harvick won the Firekeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway Saturday afternoon.

Analysis:

It was a day for the No. 4 Stewart Haas Racing Ford Mustang to dominate. Harvick quickly wrestled the lead away from Denny Hamlin on lap 23, and he would pound the competition into the pavement the rest of the afternoon. Harvick would lead 92 total laps and sweep the first two stages. Some late cautions would make for drama, but Harvick was up to the restart tests. Overtime would see him hold off the No. 2 Ford of Brad Keselowski to collect his fifth victory of the season. It was also Harvick's fourth-career win at Michigan.
