Clint Bowyer: Fifth at Pocono
Bowyer finished fifth in the Pocono 400 at Pocono Raceway Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Outside of a late run-in with Kyle Larson, Bowyer would have an uneventful day. The No. 14 Ford Mustang was strong and Bowyer led a couple laps. Otherwise he would race among the leaders and turn in a strong performance. At lap 160 he would cross the finish line fifth for his fifth Top 5 of the season. The Stewart Haas Racing veteran moves into 10th-place in the championship driver standings as a result.
