Tyler Reddick: Wins Xfinity Series Pole at Daytona
Reddick won the pole for the Racing Experience 300 Xfinity Series race at Daytona International Speedway Saturday. He turned a fast lap of 188.834 mph.
Analysis:
The Richard Childress Racing driver had a good debut with his new team. Reddick piloted the No. 2 Chevrolet to the top of the scoring pylon in pole qualifying. He beat out Justin Haley for the top starting spot in Saturday afternoon's season-opener at Daytona. It was his third-career Xfinity pole position. Reddick will be a top contender to win this 300-mile race at Daytona.
