He's back.

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero made his long-awaited return from a knee problem Saturday, coming on as a second-half substitute at Goodison Park against Everton.

Aguero, who has not played since early December after suffering the injury - ironically enough against Everton - still sat second in Premier League goals (14) at the time of his return. That's how brilliant he was prior to being stricken down by the ill-timed ailment.

It's not a transfer, but getting Aguero back in January is better than almost any signing the Citizens - or anyone else for that matter - could make this month.
