Christopher Bell: Fast Xfinity Practice at Darlington

Bell was fastest in opening practice for the Sport Clips Haircuts VFW 200 Xfinity Series race at Darlington Raceway Friday afternoon. He turned a fast lap of 169.356 mph.

Bell stayed fast Friday at Darlington as the Xfinity Series returned from road course to oval track racing this weekend. The driver of the No. 20 Toyota beat out Ross Chastain for the fastest lap of the South Carolina oval. Bell turned in a whopping 27 laps in this opening session, to fine tune his Toyota Camry. He will be the driver to beat Saturday afternoon at Darlington Raceway.
