Chase Elliott: To drive No. 23 Chevy at Darlington, Indy

Analysis:

Spencer Gallagher, who normally drives the No. 23 Chevy, is nursing a shoulder injury without a timeframe for return. So, for the time being, Elliott will take over the car.
