Kasey Kahne: Crew Chief Change

Leavine Family Racing (LFR) has named Jon Leonard as the interim crew chief of the No. 95 Camaro ZL1 driven by veteran driver, Kahne, in a personnel change effective today for the organization, Leavine Family Racing PR reports.

Analysis:

Travis Mack has been replaced atop the team's war wagon in the No. 95 pit stall. Kahne will now partner with Leonard as the season progresses. Leonard served as the team's lead engineer and will now be promoted to crew chief duties. Kahne is off to a slow start this season, and it is hoped that this shakeup will give the team a better performance. Leonard assumes this duty immediately and will get his first race action next weekend at Sonoma Raceway.
