Joey Logano: Fast Practice at the Monster Mile

Logano was fastest in Saturday's first practice for the AAA 400 Drive for Autism at Dover International Speedway. He turned a fast lap of 157.494 mph.

Analysis:

It took only the second lap during this session for the driver of the No. 22 Ford to set the pace. Logano beat out teammate, Brad Keselowski, for the fastest lap of Saturday's first session at the one-mile oval. Logano has been trying to improve his performance at the Monster Mile in recent seasons, and it looks like he has a Top-10 capable car for Sunday's 400-lap race at Dover.
