Matt Mills: Joins JD Motorsports for Xfinity Series

JD Motorsports announced Friday that Mills would join the team as a full-time driver in the 2018 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.

Analysis:

Mills will command the No. 15 Chevrolet following a successful run in the Camping World Truck Series the past two years that saw him take home two top-20 finishes. The 21-year-old is no stranger to the Xfinity Series either, having ran three races on the circuit during the past season.
