Belgium manager Marc Wilmots expects to have goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois on the pitch for the team's upcoming Euro 2016 qualifying matches, saying that Courtois "feels a lot better" after suffering a head injury with Chelsea on the weekend.

The shot-stopper was taken to hospital Sunday after a heavy collision with Arsenal attacker Alexis Sanchez, and with his club side saying that tests came back "all clear" after the incident, his national team looks destined to reap the rewards of his speedy recovery.

"Thibaut undergoes another examination Tuesday morning. We must of course wait and see what the doctors say, but I expect him to play," Wilmots told Sport Wereld, via the Daily Mail:

"I’ve already spoken to Thibaut on Sunday. The collaboration with the medical staff of Chelsea is excellent."

"An hour after the game, I knew the results of the investigations already. Tests take place on Tuesday in consultation with our doctors. But I get only positive signals."

"Thibaut even today feels a lot better."

Belgium is set to host Andorra on Oct. 10 before an enticing meeting with Bosnia-Herzegovina three days later.
