Hull City confirm loan signing of Hatem Ben Arfa from Newcastle

What a day for Hull City.
The final day of the transfer window saw Hull complete five transactions, none of which were bigger than Hatem Ben Arfa, whose signing was announced by the club late on Monday.
Ben Arfa, who reportedly refused a move to Birmingham earlier in the day, is arriving at KC Stadium in the midst of an ugly fallout with Newcastle manager Alan Pardew. He was sent to train with the team's development squad in July, leading to a mutiny of sorts by Newcastle supporters who wanted him to remain with the club.
Hull also signed Abel Hernandez, Mohamed Diame, Brian Lenihan, and Gaston Ramirez on Monday.
