Loic Remy: Move To Liverpool Off
Remy, who was on the verge of an £8.5 million move from Queen Park Rangers to Liverpool, has failed his medical and the transfer has been canceled, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Analysis:
Remy remains a QPR player despite all attempts to move the 27-year-old striker. After a breakout season on loan at Newcastle, a move to Anfield could have seen Remy's fantasy value climb even higher as a part of Liverpool's high-octane offense. Based on his current location at Loftus Road, Remy should be viewed as an upper-tier fantasy striker, but just a cut below the top tier.
