Sergio Aguero: Expected to Play Sunday
Aguero, who has been sidelined with a groin injury, said he will play in Sunday's season-finale against West Ham, the club's official web site reports. "I feel good -- I am not 100 percent yet, but I should be by Sunday and even if I'm not, the emotion of the occasion and the desire of everyone will carry me through and I won't notice any pain," Aguero said Friday.
Analysis:
Manchester City need only a draw to win their second Premier League title in the last three seasons, and Aguero obviously wants to be a part of it. There is no guarantee that he will start the match, as Edin Dzeko has done a fine job up front lately, but it wouldn't be surprising if Aguero featured, even if City have a commanding lead over the Hammers.
