Arouna Kone (Knee): Hopeful To Return To Training

Kone is hoping to return to full training within a month. He has been out since October after having surgery on his knee to repair cartilage damage.

Analysis:

While it is unlikely Kone will make any impact this season, he is looking to next season to reward his manager, Roberto Martinez, and the Everton fans for their faith and patience with him. Kone followed Martinez to Everton from Wigan and was hopeful to help contribute on the attack. Injuries and the signing of Romelu Lukaku on loan have decreased any fantasy value Kone was hoping to have this season.
