Cabaye will not play in Tuesday's Premier League match against Norwich, as he's already in France ahead of his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, the Daily Mail reports.

Cabaye has been begging to leave Newcastle for quite some time, and PSG finally came up with a big enough bid to grant his wish. He was playing quite well lately, and he'll certainly be a nice boost for the French champions.
