Arouna Kone: Knee Issues Continue

Kone did not play in Saturday's 2-0 win over Aston Villa due to a knee injury, Goal.com reports.

Kone has yet to start for Everton this season and his knee injury is clearly holding him back. He's a good talent that manager Roberto Martinez knows from their days at Wigan, although he's unlikely to get much playing time ahead of loanee Romelu Lukaku, who scored his fifth goal for the Toffees this season in Saturday's match.
