Cesc Fabregas made an argument for his reported £160,000-a-week wages on Saturday.
In the second half of Chelsea's Premier League fixture versus Swansea City at Stamford Bridge, Fabregas, who was making his 300th appearance in the top flight of English football, moved level with Frank Lampard for second in all-time assists in the league.
Fabregas' 102nd assist came in the 72nd minute, when the Spanish midfielder fed the ball to Pedro, who scored his second goal of the afternoon in Chelsea's 3-1 victory.
