Report: Everton among 4 teams targeting United's Young

Ashley Young appears to be drawing plenty of attention ahead of the January transfer window.

Everton, West Bromwich Albion, Watford, and Swansea City will attempt to offer the out-of-favour Manchester United winger a way out of Old Trafford in the New Year, according to Peter O'Rourke of ESPNFC.

The 31-year-old is believed to be content with life in Manchester, but would be open to a move away if the possibility of regular playing time was offered at one of the four clubs monitoring his situation.

Young has only managed to make seven appearances under manager Jose Mourinho - who is reportedly eager to revamp his roster during the winter transfer window.

The former England international has made over 140 appearances at United since his £15-million move from Aston Villa in 2011.
