Report: Arsenal, United, Atletico keeping tabs on Celtic's Dembele
Moussa Dembele appears to be in high demand after a number of clubs travelled to Scotland to watch the Celtic striker in action against Barcelona on Wednesday.
Representatives from Manchester United, Arsenal, Southampton, and Atletico Madrid were reportedly in attendance to watch the 20-year-old, sources told Peter O'Rourke of ESPNFC.
Dembele's netted 16 goals in 26 matches during his first season in Glasgow. The impressive display earned him a call-up to France's Under-21 squad earlier in November and he managed to score a brace against England.
United and Arsenal have been "long-term admirers" of Dembele after sending scouts to several matches this term, O'Rourke adds.
Southampton and Atletico have also shown interest of late after also missing out on the seemingly massive discount Celtic took advantage of. The club convinced Fulham to sell Dembele for a fee reportedly worth under £2 million last summer.
However, persuading Celtic to offload the young forward will be a major hurdle as the club is said to be unwilling to even consider offers for Dembele when the January transfer window opens.
